② Wear a mask for all passengers.
③ Before your boarding, we take your temperature.
④ Eating and Drinking on Viewing Boats
 Shared-ride boats departing at 7:15pm and charter boats seating 50 (seating 35 in
 2021) do not permit eating and drinking (drinks used to stay hydrated are
 acceptable). Pouring drinks for others and the sharing of drinks are prohibited.

We kindly ask for your cooperation to prevent the spread of infectious diseases.

Note: if you do not cooperate with the above, or if you are not in good physical condition on the day, we may refuse your boarding.

Imperial cormorant fishing day


It means cormorant fishing to catch Ayu (sweetfish) to be delivered to the imperial family and it is performed eight times.

On that day, the starting and ending time of cormorant fishing will be later than the usual schedule.(Holding in 2020 is undecided.)

Noryo cormorant fishing day


On Saturdays, mainly during summer vacation, cormorant fishing is performed twice a day.

Holding in 2020 is undecided.

The way the Usho (Cormorant Fishing Master) handles cormorants at his/her will and the burning watch fires will give you the impression of witnessing an antique scroll painting.
